On the fourth floor in a very tall building, I am invited to a conversation with Mr. Nikolaus Lutterotti, Austrian ambassador to Israel. He is interested in talking about the exhibition, the journey of She’s Gone.  We talked about the level of violence that increases every day, on the roads, in the malls, in hospitals, in schools, and think of possible reasons for the rising wave of violence. Is it related to COVID? To the loss of a sense of personal security in the public space?

We are talking about possibilities for cooperation with the Austrian Cultural Forum, and planning a meeting with the minister responsible for gender in Austria, a great chance to learn about the impact of parliamentary functions on changing the picture when it comes to gender-based violence.
